Thank you for using HBG Travel Services. Be sure to read the following information carefully before your departure date.
1.Check-IN:
For domestic flights be sure to arrive at the airport at least 1 hour before your flight is schedule to leave. For international flights you should check-in a minimum of 2 hours prior to departure. Note: If you check-in later than these times, you may be denied boarding.
2.Overbooking:
Airline flights sometimes are overbooked. A person denied boarding on a flight is usually entitled to a compensatory payment. You can get a copy of the rules pertaining to denied boarding and application forms for compensatory payment at any ticket counter.
3.Baggage insurance:
Airline insurance for lost or damaged baggage has very limited liability. Your own personal insurance may not sufficiently cover losses incurred by cancellation, accident, illness, or stolen or damaged property. Although the likelihood of such an occurrence is statistically very low, we strongly urge you to purchase additional insurance. This insurance is admittedly not cheap, but it’s often worth it. A list of independent insurance providers is available at our agency. We urge you to contact one of these to secure additional insurance by yourself.
4.Prepaind Tickets:
If you have requested prepaid airline tickets, either purchased by you or by another person, you can pick this up at the airline ticket counter. You must show valid identification to pick up your ticket. Please note that most carriers require a mandatory non-refundable service charge, which must be paid before the tickets can be picked up. This charge is ultimately the responsibility of the passenger whose name is on the reservation. We appreciate your understanding of this airline-imposed, additional service fee.

The table below gives the recommended total fiber intake for men and women
The average North American man consumes only about 18 grams of fiber each day, while the average North American woman consumes only about 14 grams of fiber each day.
Adding fiber to your diet may be easier than you think. Here are some tips to help you get started:
Substitute high-fiber foods (whole-9rain bread, brown rice fruits and vegetables) for low-fiber foods (white bread, white rice, candy, chips).
Try to eat more raw vegetables and fresh fruit, including the skins, when appropriate. Cooking vegetables can reduce their fiber content and skins are an excellent, often overlooked, source of fiber.
Eat high-fiber foods at every meal. Bran cereal or breakfast is a good start, but try to include some fruits, whole 9rains, and beans in your diet as well.
Two notes of caution:
1)Be sure to increase your fiber intake gradually, giving your body time to adjust. Otherwise, you may experience bloating and abdominal cramps. It may take several weeks to add the recommended amount of dietary fiber to your diet.
