port開放なし（いわゆるport0）でスレ立て・レスが可能
ポータブル：実行ファイル1個
Tor上の新月掲示板にしか読み書きできません。（通常の新月には読み書きできません）
torのインストール及びhidden serviceの設定が必要です。
