Windows版「Browse」ボタンでこんなのでました。

WindowsXPのアップデート後に発生するようになった。127.0.0.1:8000なんでURLを入力すると問題なく使える。オイラのPC特有の原因だろうけど、これって何が原因だろう？経験者おりませんか？
