新OT III後にもしも海組織が存在していなかったとしたらどうだろうか？ 新OT
IIIは以前の多くのプロセス同様にパイロット版として試験運用され、取り消さ
れただろう。

海組織には新OT IIIケースを持つ者が多い。ケースに共通の要素を持つ者は群れ
になる。だから、海組織内に引きこもって研究したものは基本的にダメなのだ。
